Your Answer to the 24-Hour Customer

Objective:

Handle inbound phone calls from customers to act as a liaison between our AnswerLink clients and our Clients Customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage incoming call volume
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Follow communication, direction, guidelines and policies

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • The ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Types 40 wpm +
  • Proficient in the use of the PC
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Some College preferred
