Customer Service Representative
Your Answer to the 24-Hour Customer
Objective:
Handle inbound phone calls from customers to act as a liaison between our AnswerLink clients and our Clients Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage incoming call volume
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Follow communication, direction, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Types 40 wpm +
- Proficient in the use of the PC
- High School degree or equivalent
- Some College preferred
