What We Offer
Dave and LuAnne Cowles, owners of AnswerLink, have a long and successful heritage in the service industry. They have been serving businesses since 1965. But the roots of the “family tree” extend much deeper. LuAnne’s parents, George and Lula Holland, were among the first 50 ServiceMaster franchisees when they signed on more than a half-century ago in 1954.
Today, LuAnne manages the call center along with the Cowles’ children — Tim, Patrick, and Kathleen and spouses Leslie and Melissa — all working together, sharing our common goal of providing the best service to our customers. They have built the business around the service industry and other professional services. Among those are ServiceMaster, Furniture Medic, Kroger/Dillons convenience stores, 300 McDonald’s locations, Handyman Matters, Merry Maids, and CrimeStoppers in several U.S. and Canadian cities. We are the only call center for Senior Crime Stoppers which serves nursing homes across the country. AnswerLink is also the back-up for ServiceMaster RESTORE calls. We are proud of our client base and will be honored to become a part of your business through serving as your call center.
